When we go back to China , we are planning to stop for a few weeks in Korea, for our study benefits. Then we will head to Peking. Today we picked our Korean names. First we got our our character compass; a compass with which the directions are replaced with the Chinese characters. Shūshu made it for us in his clockwork store in China. It has been in my possession for a long time. This is how our families originally chose their names when they went to foreign countries. First, the family gets to choose which way you hold it, and the number of times you turn, either left or right.
